  • 60 minute Layered Flow (Qi Gong)- Level 2

    Episode 1

    This sequence will build progressively as we layer pose upon pose. Eventually piecing it all together in a fun flow which includes a little Qi-Gong flavor.

    This active class will end with some gentle stretches and Shavasana to help calm the body and the nervous system.

  • 60 minutes Twisting Vinyasa (Side Crow)- Level 2 - 2.5

    Episode 4

    In this 60min Vinyasa Yoga class we'll focus on Twisting poses and you'll be given the opportunity to try Side Crow (Parsva Bakasan) pose. This active class finishes off with some gentle stretches and a relaxing Yin pose to help us wind down.

  • 30 minute Mixed Vinyasa Flow- Level 2

    Episode 5

    This is one of the first classes I've filmed since coming back from having my Baby and I can't tell you how much I've missed Yoga and teaching.

    Flow through this shorter class with me that includes a mix of Balancing and Grounding poses.

    Nothing better than flowing through some Sun Salutations to energize and wake you up in the morning. This is my deconstructed version of Sun Salutations that I like to flow through in the mornings. Hope you enjoy!

    Props needed: Maybe 2 blocks but not necessary

    Episode 11

    Short class inspired by the traditional Moon Flow sequence, with some QiGong and Mandala (circular) moves thrown in. Aimed to relax and calm you in the evening and help you let go of the day.

    Props needed: Maybe 2 blocks and a blanket or pillow but not necessary.

    In this class we'll focus on engaging the inner thigh muscles and Groin area to use the strength of the legs, but also to access the pelvic floor muscles.

    This active class will end with some gentle stretches and a Yin pose to help calm the body and the nervous system.

  • 20 minute Short Morning Mantra Flow- Level 1

    Episode 15

    Kick start the day with this short flow.
    Nothing fancy- just moves to help wake you up and set you up for the day ahead.
    Incorporating the mantra 'So Hum' into the practice to help us connect to our breath and the present moment. Best way to set yourself up for the day!!

    Set your day up right with this short morning flow which incorporates the mantra ‘Hum Sa’.
    We silently repeat the mantra to yourselves while we move to help us connect to our breath, the present moment and our true selves.

  • 25 minute Cruisy Flow- Level 1-1.5

    Episode 17

    This cruisy flow starts with calm movements known as the 'Earth' sequence. From there we progressively build and end in a classic Vinyasa Flow to get your heart beating.
