In this class we'll focus on engaging the inner thigh muscles and Groin area to use the strength of the legs, but also to access the pelvic floor muscles.
This active class will end with some gentle stretches and a Yin pose to help calm the body and the nervous system.
Props needed: 1 strap/belt.
1 block.
1 bolster or a rolled up towel or blanket- but not essential.
Note: Sorry the first few minutes of this class got cut off- please just get started on your back or in Child's pose.

This cruisy flow starts with calm movements known as the 'Earth' sequence. From there we progressively build and end in a classic Vinyasa Flow to get your heart beating.
