Nothing better than flowing through some Sun Salutations to energize and wake you up in the morning. This is my deconstructed version of Sun Salutations that I like to flow through in the mornings. Hope you enjoy!

Short class inspired by the traditional Moon Flow sequence, with some QiGong and Mandala (circular) moves thrown in. Aimed to relax and calm you in the evening and help you let go of the day.
