  • 15 minute Short Evening Flow- Level 1.5

    Short class inspired by the traditional Moon Flow sequence, with some QiGong and Mandala (circular) moves thrown in. Aimed to relax and calm you in the evening and help you let go of the day.

    Props needed: Maybe 2 blocks and a blanket or pillow but not necessary.

  • 60 minute Mixed Vinyasa Flow- Level 2

    This mixed bag sequence will work through a range of poses that target different parts of the body.

    This active class will end with some gentle stretches and a relaxing Yin pose to help calm the body and the nervous system.

    Props needed: maybe 1 block but not essential.

  • 8 minute Breath Focused Meditation

    Focus on your breath and its movement through the body in this short 8 minute meditation
