In this Yin class we'll move through poses that open up the back, front and sides of our torso.
Yin poses are gentle, long held stretches that help to open up our muscles, connective tissues and Meridian Lines.
Props needed: 1 block and 1 bolster. You can use containers, books, a firm pillow or a large towel instead if you don't have Yoga props.

45 minute Side Plank Flow- Level 2-2.5
In this class we'll flow through a dynamic sequence which includes our favorite pose- Vasisthasana (Side Plank)
This active class finishes off with some gentle stretches to help us wind down and calm the nervous system.
Props needed: maybe 2 blocks- but not essential.

30 minute Yoga for Shoulders- Level 1.5
In this class we'll focus on strengthening and stretching the front and back of our Shoulders which can get pretty tight from all that hunching over desks and mobile phones we do all day.
