This class focuses on the Breath and how we use it in Yoga, particularly Vinyasa Yoga in which we use Ujjayi breathing.
Starting with some breathing exercises and then progressively adding Yoga poses as we go along.
Great for beginner's or those who still aren't sure what's going on with all those breath cues the teacher fires at you in class.

45 minute Side Plank Flow- Level 2-2.5
In this class we'll flow through a dynamic sequence which includes our favorite pose- Vasisthasana (Side Plank)
This active class finishes off with some gentle stretches to help us wind down and calm the nervous system.
Props needed: maybe 2 blocks- but not essential.

30 minute Yoga for Shoulders- Level 1.5
In this class we'll focus on strengthening and stretching the front and back of our Shoulders which can get pretty tight from all that hunching over desks and mobile phones we do all day.

30 minute Twisting Vinyasa- Level 2
In this class we'll focus on Twisting poses.
Twisting poses are great for spine health and detoxing. They also help to strengthen our Oblique (sides of Torso) muscles. .
