25 minute Vinyasa Flow in Reverse- Level 1.5
Shake things up a bit physically and mentally with this sequence that will have you flowing in reverse. Try it out and you'll get what I mean.

25minute Core Vinyasa- Level 1.5
In this flow we'll focus on movements that will help us to use more of our core. Our butts will get a bit of a workout too :)

10 minute Post Workout 3 Simple Stretches
I know a lot of you love doing the shorter classes-but these classes don't contain any cool down so I've recorded this short cool down that you can do after your workout if you've got a spare 10mins

Move your body and mind through this flowy and calming but strong Vinyasa Flow.

30 minute Gentle Neck Stretches, Hatha Flow & Massage- L0-1
Give some love to your neck with these beautiful stretches and massage!
Mainly gentle static stretches with some slow flowing gentle Yoga moves.Props needed: a foam block or strong container for the neck massage
