  • 10 minute Mantra Meditation 'So Hum'

  • 20 minute Balancing Vinyasa Flow- L1

    Flow to achieve balance not just through the body but also through the mind and heart

    Props needed: Potentially 2 blocks but not necessary

  • 20 minute Balancing Flow- Level 1.5-2

    Flow to achieve balance not just through the body but also through the mind and heart

    Props needed: Maybe 2 blocks but not necessary

  • 25 minute Vinyasa Flow in Reverse- Level 1.5

    Shake things up a bit physically and mentally with this sequence that will have you flowing in reverse. Try it out and you'll get what I mean.

    Props: Maybe 2 blocks/books but not necessary

  • 25minute Core Vinyasa- Level 1.5

    In this flow we'll focus on movements that will help us to use more of our core. Our butts will get a bit of a workout too :)

    Props: maybe 2 blocks/books but not necessary

  • 10 minute Post Workout 3 Simple Stretches

    I know a lot of you love doing the shorter classes-but these classes don't contain any cool down so I've recorded this short cool down that you can do after your workout if you've got a spare 10mins

    Props: none

  • 30 minute Yin Class for your Butt

    This Yin class targets your Butt (Glutes muscles)

    Probs: You'll need wall space, a bolster or a firm pillow and maybe a block or thick book

  • 20 minute Mixed Vinyasa Flow L1.5

    Take some time out for yourself with this mixed Vinyasa Flow.

    Props needed: maybe 1 block for standing splits but not necessary

  • 25 minute Yin Yang Vinyasa low- L1.5

    Move your body and mind through this flowy and calming but strong Vinyasa Flow.

    Props needed: maybe 2 blocks for low lunge- but not necessary.

  • 30 minute Gentle Neck Stretches, Hatha Flow & Massage- L0-1

    Give some love to your neck with these beautiful stretches and massage!
    Mainly gentle static stretches with some slow flowing gentle Yoga moves.

    Props needed: a foam block or strong container for the neck massage

  • 20 minute Flow for the Ladies- Level 1.5 - 2

    I filmed this class on International Women's Day 2019 in honor of all the amazing strong Women out there and the Men who have strong Women in their lives. This is a feminine and powerful flow.
