I know a lot of you love doing the shorter classes-but these classes don't contain any cool down so I've recorded this short cool down that you can do after your workout if you've got a spare 10mins

Props needed: maybe 1 block for standing splits but not necessary

25 minute Yin Yang Vinyasa low- L1.5
Move your body and mind through this flowy and calming but strong Vinyasa Flow.
Props needed: maybe 2 blocks for low lunge- but not necessary.
