Hi I'm Lisa :)
I'm a Yoga teacher from Australia who loves all things Yoga, Meditation, Nature, Food and Life!! I came across Yoga at a very stressful time in my life, whilst working extremely long hours in a demanding corporate role. Yoga helped so much with managing the stress. It also helped me gain a clearer perspective on life...so much so that I decided to permanently swap the corporate suits and office for Yoga pants and the Yoga Mat and I've never looked back! I'm trained in and qualified to teach Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and look forward to sharing my love of Yoga with you!!
