This mixed bag sequence will work through a range of poses that target different parts of the body. But we'll mix a few things up to challenge the mind a bit more than usual.
This active class will end with some gentle stretches and a relaxing Yin pose to help calm the body and the nervous system.
Props needed: wall space and maybe 1 block but not essential.
