This sequence will build progressively as we layer pose upon pose. Eventually piecing it all together in a fun flow which includes a little Qi-Gong flavor.
This active class will end with some gentle stretches and Shavasana to help calm the body and the nervous system.
Props needed: maybe 2 blocks but not essential.
