This mixed bag sequence will work through a range of poses that target different parts of the body. There may be a little bit more twisting and Glute strengthening than normal, to help us built extra strength in these areas.
This active class will end with some gentle stretches to help calm the body and the nervous system.
Props needed:1 block but not essential.
