In this Yin class we'll move through poses to cover the main parts of the body.
Yin poses are gentle, long held stretches that help to open up our muscles, connective tissues and Meridian Lines.
Props needed: 1 strap/belt, 1 block and 1 bolster. You can use containers, books, a firm pillow or a large towel instead if you don't have Yoga props.
