In this Yin class we'll work with poss that open up our inner hips, outer hips and hamstrings.
Yin poses are gentle, long held stretches that help to open up our muscles, connective tissues and Meridian Lines.
Props needed: 1 blocks, 1 bolster and 1 blanket. You can use containers, books, a firm pillow or a large towel instead if you don't have Yoga props.
