In this Yin class we'll flow through poses that open up our neck, chest and shoulders.
Yin poses are gentle, long held stretches that help to open up our muscles, connective tissues and Meridian Lines.
Props needed: 1 block, 1 bolster and 1 blanket. You can use containers, books, a firm pillow or a large towel instead if you don't have Yoga props.
