In this class we'll move through Yin Yoga poses that open up our chest, arms, front of shoulders and backs of shoulders.
Yin poses are gentle, long held stretches that help to open up our muscles, connective tissues and Meridian Lines.
Props needed: 2 blocks, 1 bolster and 1 blanket. You can use containers, books, a firm pillow or a large towel instead if you don't have Yoga props.
