In this class we'll move through Yin Yoga poses that open the front and back of your Hips, as well as our lower back.
Yin poses are gentle, long held stretches that help to open up our muscles, connective tissues and Meridian Lines.
Props needed: 2 blocks, 1 bolster and 1 blanket. You can use containers, books, a firm pillow or a large towel instead if you don't have Yoga props.
