60 minute Vinyasa Yoga for Your Brain- Level 2

In this Vinyasa Yoga class we'll incorporate poses that will help us strengthen the connection between the left and right sides of the brain. We'll also use our time on the mat to try and tap in and re-wire any of those negative neural connections that we don't need hanging around.
This active class will end with some gentle stretches and a relaxing neck/head massage to help calm the body and the nervous system.
Props needed: 1 block for the neck/head massage at the end. You could use thick book or a container instead.
