In this 60min Vinyasa Yoga class we'll focus on Twisting poses and you'll be given the opportunity to try Side Crow (Parsva Bakasan) pose. This active class finishes off with some gentle stretches and a relaxing Yin pose to help us wind down.
Twisting poses are great for spine health and detoxing. They also help to strengthen our Oblique muscles.
Props needed: Maybe 1 block but not essential
