60 minute Balancing Vinyasa Flow Class- Level 2

In this 60min Vinyasa Yoga class we'll flow through balancing poses which are great for not just creating strength and stability physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
This active class finishes off with some gentle stretches and a relaxing Yin pose to help us wind down and calm the nervous system.
The sequence in this class is different from my other Balancing classes available.
Props needed: A bolster, blanket or firm pillow for the Yin pose at the end and maybe 1 block- but not essential.
