60 minute Shoulders, Side Body & Hamstrings Vinyasa (Compass)- Level 2.5

In this 60min Vinyasa Yoga class we'll focus on opening our Shoulders, the side of our body and Hamstrings.
You'll also be given the opportunity to play with Compass pose (Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana).
This active class finishes with some gentle stretches and a relaxing Yin pose to cool down and relax the body and the nervous system.
Props needed: Strap or belt and maybe 1 bolster or firm pillow and 1 block but may not essential.
