60 minute 1 Leg Vinyasa Flow - Level 2

In this 60min Vinyasa Yoga class we'll flow through a mixed rang of poses, many of them only requiring 1 leg on the ground. Play with finding your center and strengthening body and mind.
This active class will end with some gentle stretches and a relaxing Yin pose to help calm the body and the nervous system.
Props needed: 1 bolster/ firm pillow or rolled up towel/blanket for the Yin pose and maybe 1 block but not essential.
