60 minute Vinyasa Class for the Core- Level 2

This 60min Vinyasa Yoga class focuses on the front, back and sides of the core. Incorporating poses which help us strengthen the core and which encourage us to engage the Core to help keep us safe in poses.
This active class ends with gentle stretching and a relaxing Yin pose.
Props needed: You'll need either a block or thick pillow or a bolster for the Yin pose at the end.
You can use a rolled up blanket or towel instead if you don't have a pillow/bolster.
