In this short and dynamic class we'll focus on the Hamstrings that are located at the back of the thigh and the Hipflexors which are located on the top front of the thigh.
These muscles are important as they are often tight and weak and tend to either pull our pelvic forward or backwards, which is not good for our lower back.
Props needed:1 strap/belt.
